Daniele Albertazzi

Member of the Piacenza Bar

Daniele has been practising civil law and civil litigation law for over ten years and, since 2023, agri-food law.

He is a Councillor of the Piacenza Bar Association and of the A.I.G.A. Tommaso Bucciarelli ETS Foundation, following a long period of involvement with A.I.G.A. (Italian Association of Young Lawyers), during which he held various positions at national and local level, including the role of Section Chair in Piacenza.

In 2024, he obtained a Level II Master's degree in Agri-Food Market Law from the University of Turin, with a final thesis entitled 'Unfair commercial practices among agri-food companies. contractual remedies and good business practices'.

Francesca Piccoli

Francesca has been practising civil law, civil litigation law and European Union and international law for over ten years.

She is the Secretary of the European Union and European Project Planning Department of the A.I.G.A. Tommaso Bucciarelli National Foundation (for the two-year period 2025–27) and, since 2025, has been a member of the National Department for Foreign Relations and European/International Law of the National Union of Civil Chambers.

Since 2025, she has been registered on the list of Special Guardians for Minors at the Court of Piacenza and the Juvenile Court of Bologna, dealing, amongst other things, with family law in support of individuals and companies

She has worked at the European Public Law Organisation (Athens) and at the University of Parma for EFLIT (English for Law & International Transactions), where she served as Head and National Coordinator.
